Truth used to be the first casualty of War. Now it appears it is also the first casualty of Peace. Of course Peace is a relative term, since just as we are living between Ice Ages we are, technically speaking living in the interrrgnum between WWII amd WWIII. To a clean living pig (but still foul smelling to humans) Borat's sound-offs can be filtered, just like dirt or hen manure.
Who remembers the scene in the feature movie, where he gets a lift in a motor caravan with a group of college guys. I loved the line from one of the (equally) crazed guys that:
"Anyone who is a minority has the upper hand"
This is surely the great truth behind Borat. He is a minority : so can get away with saying or acting how he thinks fit.
Things could never happen that way in a sty - just in the real world.
